📋 Description
• Candidate will be responsible for all mortgage loan origination duties for their clients. • Educate your borrower, ensure that they have all the facts and all the options presented to them in a neat and timely fashion. • Candidate may need to help with the collection of documents both before closing and post closing to ensure the entire flow of Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding go as smoothly as possible. • Attend at least 3 training sessions before being granted access to our state-of-the-art L.O.S. - Lending Pad and our pricing engine - Optimal Blue.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent • NMLS license MLO License • License must be state NMLS licenses and must be authorized to conduct business (Or must be awaiting a company sponsorship to remove deficiencies) • Pass Criminal and state background check
