📋 Description

• Serve as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform and corresponding applications. • Handle needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align technology with business strategies. • Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, and enhancements. • Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies business requirements. • Act as technical focal point for the business in the presentation of the new system/application. • Lead design sessions in prototyping new system or functionality for the purpose of enhancing business processes. • Develop and maintain design documentation (data flow diagrams, workflows). • Provide systems analysis focusing on gap identification. • Improve systems and operational workflows by studying current practices and designing modifications/enhancements. • Represent project-related system changes in Change Control Board Forum. • Actively participate in and lead system and unit testing for modified and new systems.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, engineering, or management information systems or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 10+ years related work experience. • Strong IT background with an understanding of banking operations, products, processes, and procedures • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. • Highly self-motivated and directed along with strong critical thinking and engineering/re-engineering skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and work through workflow analysis. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, and customer-centric environment. • Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing user access/profiles.
