• Excellent written and spoken English • Attention to detail—you don’t miss steps • Reliability—you’re online when you say you’ll be • Patience & professionalism—especially with repetitive or challenging requests • Basic tech comfort—email, docs, spreadsheets, and safe browsing habits • Willingness to learn—open to feedback and improving every week • Experience in customer support or VA roles (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Google Workspace (nice-to-have) • Background supporting online stores or DTC brands (nice-to-have)
