📋 Description

• Build, and support Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally. • Exposure on NetScaler /ADC. • Present Citrix environments to clients as a managed service. • Assist with the implementation and configuration of Citrix services in collaboration with IE team. • Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments. • Ensure effective communication in a corporate environment. • Use PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates. • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to Citrix and Windows engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years’ experience working as a Windows and Citrix Engineer • Experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019 and 2022 • Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments • Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment • Experience with multiple Windows Server Operating Systems including Windows Server 2012, 2019 & 2022. • Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuze, Jira/Confluence would be advantageous • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs and network routing principles • Knowledge of Domain controllers • Knowledge of Citrix Storefront, Delivery controller, SQL, Citrix License • Experience of configuration management systems
