📋 Description

• Exercise operational authority over all post-sales operations, including project delivery, R&D/Product, and finance • Define, refine, and oversee global financial and operational processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, profitability tracking, capacity forecasting, S&OP, customer acquisition tracking, and KPI reporting • Lead post-sales execution functions, including delivery, professional services, client success, support, and implementation • Establish execution, governance, margin-management, and control frameworks • Serve as escalation point for critical accounts and stabilize at-risk contracts • Lead resource planning and workforce optimization across U.S. and international teams • Build and lead project management, implementation, and support functions • Develop and track customer profitability, services margin, cash conversion, and project-health KPIs • Model project-level cash flow using ETC and POS modeling; forecast margin leakage and reallocate resources • Implement SaaS and services margin tracking aligned with GAAP cost-capitalization guidelines • Develop and negotiate change orders and contract margin-enhancement strategies • Define and optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and S&OP processes • Oversee subcontractor and partner management and assess financial risk • Evaluate and implement scalable third-party platforms, including time tracking, CRM, FP&A, and ERP tools • Develop technology investment cases supporting growth from $25M to $100M+ in revenue • Optimize data architecture and integration layers and lead tooling transformation initiatives • Drive talent reviews, internal AI strategy, and operational continuity across U.S. and India-based teams • Review product performance and roadmaps; institutionalize SAFe/agile product development processes • Align Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and delivery operations • Lead business transformation projects and continuous process improvement • Report to the CEO with a dotted line to the Board; present operational scorecards and performance updates at board meetings • Support M&A integration, restructuring, and major contract pivots
