📋 Description

• Manage assigned caseload from intake through resolution • Review and respond to discovery requests • Draft pleadings, court orders, memoranda, and related legal documents • Conduct legal research and analyze case materials • Appear in court for status hearings, motions, and trials • Conduct and attend depositions • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide legal guidance • Prepare and process court filings • Manage scheduling and case deadlines • Participate in networking and outreach to support business development • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active Illinois law license required • 3+ years of legal experience preferred • Experience or exposure to domestic relations matters strongly preferred • Strong written, research, and analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working in a client-facing, emotionally sensitive environment • Willingness to travel locally for court appearances as needed
