📋 Description

• Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency • Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support proactive decision-making • Transform complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable narratives • Support annual budgeting, P&L and cash forecasting, variance analysis, headcount and compensation planning, and board and executive reporting • Consolidate and reconcile data from FP&A platforms, accounting systems, CRM, and operational databases • Ensure integrity of actuals used in reporting and forecasts • Partner with senior leadership to identify business questions and deliver findings for executive decision-making • Integrate financial models and analytical insights into a unified view of business performance • Advise sales, operations, product, and marketing leaders with data-driven recommendations • Identify and automate recurring finance and sales analytics reporting processes • Build automated reporting solutions and repeatable analytical frameworks • Leverage AI tools to accelerate insight generation, analytical tasks, financial modeling, and reporting • Improve systems utilization and implement scalable reporting tools and dashboards • Champion a data-first mindset and empower teams to use analytics in decision-making and strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial data analytics, or business intelligence • Demonstrated success translating data into business impact • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine point of view • Ability to introduce and carry through new ideas • Hands-on technical expertise with a builder mentality • Ability to design solutions from scratch, troubleshoot issues, and deliver results in ambiguous environments • Active use of AI tools, including LLMs, AI-assisted coding, and analytics copilots • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for experimentation and continuous learning • Strong collaborative approach with finance, sales, operations, and technology teams • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred
