📋 Description

• Manage, develop, and improve forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, long-range planning, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting processes • Collaborate with finance, investor relations, and data insights teams to manage key financial and investor metrics • Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, helping navigate budget constraints and evaluate ROI on new initiatives • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and commentary to the Board, management team, and investors • Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders and executive leadership • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual work • Support the Director of Corporate Finance and collaborate with the global finance team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including experience in the consumer, enterprise, and/or SaaS industries • Experience with Excel and strong business modeling and analytical skills • Experience leading complex workstreams and cross-functional efforts, such as managing a yearly planning process • Demonstrated history of building financial statements (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet) • Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance concepts • Demonstrated history with financial planning processes and business systems such as IBM Analytics or similar tools • Proficiency in business systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite, or Workday • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives and present reporting to executive leadership, board members, and investor relations
