📋 Description

• Lead the Senior Lead, IT Finance and Business Services (Hyperion PRIME Planning) function • Provide technical expertise across Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, Hyperion Financial Reporting, Smart View, EPMA/Shared Services, and Oracle EPM Cloud • Lead system upgrades, implementations, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives • Translate business requirements into Hyperion solutions • Partner with Finance leaders to improve planning and reporting capabilities • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor analysts, developers, and administrators • Manage project priorities, resources, timelines, and stakeholders • Drive process improvements and EPM strategy initiatives • Troubleshoot complex application and business-process issues and perform root-cause analysis • Identify automation and optimization opportunities • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and user training • Develop the EPM roadmap and support digital finance transformation • Evaluate and recommend Oracle EPM capabilities • Ensure scalability, governance, and operational excellence • Work with AMS Provider Leads for successful run operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Hyperion/EPM solutions • 5+ years of experience leading EPM teams, projects, or enterprise-wide initiatives • Deep knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management (HFM), and EPM Cloud • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial consolidation processes • Experience with metadata management, business rules, calculation scripts, Smart View, and reporting tools • Ability to lead system upgrades, implementations, migrations, and integrations with ERP platforms • Understanding of data governance, security models, and system administration • Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor analysts, developers, and administrators • Strong project management skills • Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and variance analysis • Strong executive-level communication skills • Strong SQL, data integration, and ETL experience, including ODI, FDMEE, Data Management, or Informatica • Experience with cloud migrations and EPM modernization programs • Experience with Groovy, Python/Jython, and PowerShell • Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle ERP, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other enterprise systems • Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration • Oracle Hyperion or Oracle EPM Cloud certifications • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management transformation programs • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics platforms
