📋 Description

• Complete psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medication management by video • Treat adults, children, and adolescents for mood, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, serious mental illness, and co-occurring conditions • Assess risk at every visit and coordinate with the clinical team on crisis needs • Document in InSync EHR with e-prescribing (EPCS) • Handle refills and prior authorizations within 2 business days • Join virtual treatment team and case consultation meetings • Provide patient-centered care using plain-language explanations, patience, and warmth

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland CRNP-PMH certification • Active national PMHNP board certification (ANCC or AANP) • Active Maryland DEA registration • Active Maryland CDS registration • Registered with the Maryland PDMP (CRISP), or willing to register before start date • At least 2 years of psychiatric prescribing experience; new graduates with an identified Maryland mentor will be considered • Professional liability insurance of $1M per claim / $3M aggregate • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace • Reliable high-speed internet • Enrolled with Maryland Medicaid, or willing to enroll • Must hold a Maryland license • Child and adolescent experience preferred • Experience in community mental health, Medicaid, or psychiatric rehabilitation settings preferred • Experience with InSync or a similar EHR preferred • Bilingual ability, especially Spanish, preferred
