📋 Description
• Have the ability to multitask duties and systems, which include but are not limited to: answering crisis calls, completing initial clinical assessments, identifying outcomes and follow-up services, utilizing spreadsheets, and navigating computer-based data entry programs. • Provide clear, accurate, and concise narratives concerning client behaviors that are reported to stakeholders and funders. • Line Agents are required to have the ability to proficiently view and enter data, properly open and close spreadsheets, folders, drives, and programs, minimize and maximize documents, open and close browsers, and develop a workflow to navigate between programs. • Adhere to HIPAA laws and regulations. Remote office space must meet HIPAA standards. • Participate in the agency's ongoing quality improvement efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish and English) • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field • 1 year of prior experience in social services
