📋 Description

• Take inbound customer cancellation calls and retain customers • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers with failed subscription payments • Provide proactive support and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction • Address customer concerns and provide solutions • Evangelize Aura's story and mission to customers • Consult customers on best practices for protecting their online identity • Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning Aura's Identity, Privacy, and Security solutions with customer needs • Improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to serve as a trusted customer resource

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales/retention experience or equivalent experience • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics • Naturally engaging and comfortable talking to people • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Team-player mindset • Self-starter with strong business acumen • Ability to think quickly and creatively to solve customer needs • Availability for the schedule of 9am–6pm MT, 8am–5pm MT on Saturdays, with one weekday and Sundays off
