📋 Description

• Calculate, prepare, and record journal entries in various currencies, including expense accruals, prepaid and related amortization, cash and investment entries, and more • Maintain fixed asset and intangible ledgers, roll forwards, and prepare related accounting entries, including capitalized software balances • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including accrued, prepaid, cash, fixed asset, and intangible asset balances; identify, evaluate, and propose adjustments for discrepancies • Review and analyze period-over-period income statement and balance sheet account balances for reporting and discrepancy resolution • Support accounts payable through review and approval of invoices for appropriate coding • Participate in and support the annual audit process • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and report to the Senior Manager of Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of general accounting experience; technology industry experience a plus • Advanced Excel skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to identify discrepancies, determine a resolution, and communicate effectively • Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and other business partners • BS in Accounting • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system • Experience working for a publicly traded company
