📋 Description

• Design, develop, and route electrical wire harnesses for aerospace systems • Develop wire harness designs meeting project specifications and applicable aerospace industry standards • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other engineering teams on design feasibility and system integration • Conduct and participate in design reviews and recommend design improvements • Ensure wire harness designs comply with industry standards and project requirements • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, reports, and related deliverables • Support design updates and revisions throughout the development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • 2–5 years of relevant experience • Experience designing and routing wire harnesses for aerospace applications • Proficiency with CAD software used for wire harness design and routing • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams • Experience with Creo for wire harness design and routing preferred • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations related to electrical and wire harness design preferred • Familiarity with project management tools preferred • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Successful completion of a background check prior to hire • Passing an export compliance assessment if applicable to the position
