β’ Design, develop, and route electrical wire harnesses for aerospace systems β’ Develop wire harness designs meeting project specifications and applicable aerospace industry standards β’ Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and other engineering teams on design feasibility and system integration β’ Conduct and participate in design reviews and recommend design improvements β’ Ensure wire harness designs comply with industry standards and project requirements β’ Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, reports, and related deliverables β’ Support design updates and revisions throughout the development lifecycle
β’ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field β’ 2β5 years of relevant experience β’ Experience designing and routing wire harnesses for aerospace applications β’ Proficiency with CAD software used for wire harness design and routing β’ Strong understanding of electrical systems and components β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams β’ Experience with Creo for wire harness design and routing preferred β’ Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations related to electrical and wire harness design preferred β’ Familiarity with project management tools preferred β’ Authorization to work lawfully in the United States β’ Successful completion of a background check prior to hire β’ Passing an export compliance assessment if applicable to the position
