📋 Description

• Own the Strategic Advisors program and its planned expansion • Onboard advisors, maintain engagement, and develop relationships into outside credibility, introductions, and strategic insights • Design and refine executive working sessions, private briefings, peer roundtables, and executive forum programming • Build relationships with senior leaders and work directly with Syndio’s senior leadership team • Match executives to opportunities with Marketing and Sales to expand business opportunities and drive revenue • Build the advisor bench by identifying needed advisors, driving recruiting, and establishing sustainable engagement • Influence senior leaders and work with the company leadership team • Bring industry analyst insights to the leadership team and help influence company plans • Report to the SVP of Executive Engagement & Insights • Collaborate with the CEO, senior leadership team, Marketing, Sales, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• Track record working with senior executives at multi-national enterprises • Record of relationships that produced business outcomes • Experience building executive experiences and programming content from scratch • Ability to influence without authority and partner across Go-to-Market functions and the company leadership team • Some travel is required and may grow as programs do • Nice to have: Experience running an advisory board, council, or similar program of external experts • Nice to have: Facilitation skills • Nice to have: Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles • Nice to have: Familiarity with industry analyst firms • Nice to have: Domain knowledge in compensation, total rewards, people analytics, or finance-side workforce planning
