📋 Description

• Serve as Team Lead for 7-10 Psychotherapists • Provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness • Facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care • Provide audio-only follow-up sessions when technical issues occur or patients cannot access video • Deliver time-framed, goal-focused, skill-based psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques • Document treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms • Support and advocate for caregivers and family members of patients with dementia and serious mental illness • Lead or facilitate support groups and group therapy • Identify social determinants of health needs as part of a multidisciplinary care team • Participate in huddles and multidisciplinary communication with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, community health workers, and medical assistants • Assist Clinical Operations in addressing and reducing administrative errors • Address time-sensitive coverage needs, callouts, and STAT/urgent calls • Facilitate clinician matching and oversee intern shadowing • Support workflow processes for team and company initiatives • Co-lead weekly LCSW staff meetings • Interview and onboard new staff • May co-supervise Psychotherapy staff and/or MSW interns • Perform other assigned duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled LCSW • At least 1-2 years experience leading/supporting clinical teams and/or daily operations of a clinic • Experience with screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders • LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to become licensed in Florida and other states as required by the company • Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly growing and evolving team • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting • Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patients and care team members • Ability to engage patients and caregivers in a therapeutic relationship • Ability to work via telehealth platform and telephone • Working knowledge of differential diagnosis of common mental health and/or substance use disorders • Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions, including motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and behavioral activation • Preferred: 5-7 years of direct care clinical experience • Preferred: experience with collaborative care • Preferred: bilingual Spanish-English and/or Haitian-Creole/English • Preferred: LCSW licensed in Texas or ability to become licensed in Texas • Preferred: Qualified Supervisor certification in Florida
