📋 Description

• Obtain prior authorizations for ABA therapy services • Ensure all patient information is accurate • Serve as a key liaison between families, providers, and insurance companies • Troubleshoot using available information • Process complex information and act professionally and collaboratively

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience obtaining authorizations in a medical office required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and with families • Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines • Adaptable and resourceful; able to troubleshoot using available information • Proficient with MS Office and/or Google G-Suite • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to sit for up to 80% of the day; intermittent standing, stooping, and bending • Manual dexterity for use of computers, tablets, and related tech • Capable of processing complex information and acting in a professional, collaborative manner in all scenarios
