📋 Description

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for forecasting and pipeline management across Enterprise, Mid-Market, Strategic, and Territory segments • Define and prioritize capabilities for pipeline creation, coverage, quality, health, opportunity inspection, prioritization, forecasting, and explainability • Conduct discovery with sellers, managers, SalesOps, and field leadership • Translate insights into PRDs, measurable success criteria, telemetry-first launches, and non-functional requirements • Own forecasting and pipeline management workflows, forecast reviews, dashboards, roll-ups, and manager and executive surfaces end to end • Maximize product value across the sales organization • Own vendor relationships and influence partner roadmaps • Define and execute the AI strategy for forecasting, pipeline management, and seller productivity • Design AI-assisted experiences across assistants, conversational interfaces, Slack, Microsoft Teams, mobile, and voice • Establish frameworks measuring adoption, task completion, seller satisfaction, error rates, and business impact • Serve as forecasting and pipeline subject-matter expert and guide VP-level stakeholder decisions • Build cross-functional alignment across forecasting leadership, sales leaders, sales representatives, Sales Ops, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or GTM platforms • Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise products at scale • Experience building forecasting or pipeline products in a complex B2B sales environment • Deep, hands-on expertise across the full sales forecasting and pipeline lifecycle in a complex global B2B environment • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and forecasting tools such as Clari • Hands-on enterprise AI expertise spanning predictive analytics, AI-driven recommendations, workflow automation, and agentic systems • Judgment to recognize when an AI output is not trustworthy enough to ship • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including demo and narrative skills • Preferred: strong analytics capability, SQL or BI tooling • Preferred: familiarity with sales engagement and conversational intelligence platforms
