📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Sales, Flow to establish the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams • Define team charters, roles and responsibilities, and decision rights • Own program management for both teams, including planning cycles, meeting cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities, and retrospectives • Translate growth strategy into executable plans with goals, milestones, owners, and measures • Partner with Analytics to define and maintain scale KPIs including pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention • Coordinate go-to-market workstreams across functions, including segment and market prioritization, campaigns, pricing and packaging, partner and channel motions, and sales enablement • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers; drive issues to resolution • Prepare the Director for leadership reviews • Develop executive communications for team, senior leadership, and business-wide audiences • Improve efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence • Codify scalable operating practices • Build alliances and foster collaboration, accountability, and trust across teams • Report to the Director of Sales, Flow

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles • Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders • Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up • Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics • Experience partnering closely with a senior leader as a trusted advisor, chief of staff, or program lead • Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and willingness to roll up sleeves • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Ability to define metrics and use data to drive decisions • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment • Demonstrated executive presence and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • BA/BS or equivalent work experience • Able to travel up to 20% • Preferred: experience in a startup or high-growth business • Preferred: experience in Media & Entertainment, creative tools, or production technology • Preferred: experience scaling SaaS, cloud, or AI-powered products • Preferred: familiarity with subscription business metrics and sales motions • Preferred: strong financial acumen • Preferred: experience with program management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Power BI, and Tableau
