📋 Description

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work according to repair orders and dealership and factory standards • Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and Customer communication • Diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs • Conduct multi-point inspections and make safety and reliability recommendations • Document work performed on each vehicle’s repair order • Maintain an inventory of normal Technician tools not inventoried as special tools • Keep current with factory technical bulletins • Participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty • Achieve targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index results

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician • Automotive technical training, varying based on store needs • Attention to detail • Organization and follow-up skills • Valid driver’s license • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
