📋 Description

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity and risk programs • Develop and execute multi-year cybersecurity strategy • Set security vision, priorities, policies, standards, and accountability • Ensure security integration into application development and core technologies • Own security audit and assurance strategy and major assurance programs • Serve as principal cybersecurity advisor to CTO and executive team • Establish consistent security model across multiple cloud providers • Ensure international operations are incorporated into audits and risk management • Lead cyber incident response and coordinate across teams • Prepare for future cybersecurity risks and build a high-performing security leadership team • Represent Availity with major health plans and regulators

🎯 Requirements

• Significant executive cybersecurity leadership experience in healthcare • Experience protecting PHI and other regulated healthcare data in cloud-based environments • Direct accountability for healthcare security audits and certifications • Leadership of HITRUST assessment or certification cycles and SOC examination cycles • Experience with complex healthcare customer security audits and assessments • Establishing continuous audit readiness and automating control monitoring • Operating security programs across multiple cloud providers • Establishing controls for cross-border access to healthcare information • Board and executive-level communication experience
