📋 Description

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity and technology risk programs • Develop and execute a multi-year cybersecurity strategy • Set enterprise security vision, priorities, policies, standards, and accountability • Ensure security is integrated into core technology capabilities • Own enterprise security audit and assurance strategy • Serve as principal cybersecurity advisor to CTO and executive leadership • Establish a consistent security model across multiple cloud providers • Lead significant cyber incident response and recovery

🎯 Requirements

• Significant executive cybersecurity leadership experience • Cybersecurity leadership experience in healthcare • Experience protecting PHI and other regulated healthcare data in a large-scale, cloud-based environment • Direct executive accountability for major healthcare security audits and certifications • Personal leadership of multiple HITRUST assessment or certification cycles • Experience leading complex healthcare customer security audits and assessments • Experience establishing continuous audit readiness and automating control monitoring • Strong knowledge of cloud security and data protection
