📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted client partnerships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded • Provide strategic and commercial insight across accounts and deliverables • Lead and motivate account teams, fostering collaboration and excellence • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts • Drive financial performance and ensure KPIs are achieved • Own key accounts and drive strategic value • Deliver work within budget, timelines, and client expectations • Partner with multiple US clients on commercial/marketing and medical affairs projects • Ensure strategic alignment and excellence in delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client services experience within a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency • Experience working on medical affairs and commercial deliverables is essential • Skilled in client relationship management and strategic planning • Natural leader who inspires teams and creates a positive, inclusive environment • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities
