📋 Description

• Develop compelling, high-quality presentations and other visual assets • Understand communication goals and enhance presentation narratives through content and design choices • Organize and structure text, images, graphs, charts, and multimedia elements • Create slide designs, backgrounds, and templates aligned with messaging and branding • Design and source photos, graphics, icons, and illustrations • Visualize data clearly, effectively, and uniquely • Maintain consistent visual experiences through typography, color, and formatting • Adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards • Apply slide transitions and animation effects • Lead, shape, and execute pre- and post-meeting experiential, visual, and creative deliverables • Collaborate with pitch teams, presenters, subject matter experts, marketing leadership, and new business operations • Manage time and meet project deadlines • Keep current with industry trends, best practices, and presentation technologies • Provide guidance on visual communication strategies and storytelling techniques • Incorporate feedback during presentation reviews • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors • Ensure presentations are error-free, visually consistent, and polished

🎯 Requirements

• Background in art direction, graphic design, or presentation design • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Proficiency with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is ideal but not required • Specialized training in presentation design is highly preferred • Familiarity with motion, video, AI, and other presentation-enhancing software is a plus
