📋 Description

• Own the full UX lifecycle for assigned projects from concept to launch • Create information architecture, sitemaps, taxonomies, navigation models, content structures, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive Figma prototypes • Define interaction and responsive design across breakpoints and devices • Produce design specifications, developer handoff documentation, and accessibility annotations • Design regulated content structures accommodating fair balance, ISI placement, and referencing • Conduct design QA against design intent and contribute to UX design systems • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights • Use research and analytics to validate design decisions and measure success • Partner with strategy, creative, copy, account, and development teams • Advise creative teams on accessibility and compliance standards • Navigate regulated review workflows such as MLR/PRB • Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders • Facilitate workshops and design discussions • Integrate AI tools into research synthesis, ideation, content drafting, prototyping, and documentation • Balance business goals, user needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory realities in healthcare marketing experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience, including leading design on projects end to end • Strong portfolio demonstrating full-lifecycle UX work across responsive web and interactive platforms • Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component/design-system workflows • Deep working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and inclusive design practices • Solid grasp of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy • Experience planning, running, and synthesizing user research and usability testing • Proficiency with UX/product analytics tools such as GA4 and Hotjar • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including presenting to and defending decisions before clients • Comfort integrating AI tools into a modern design workflow • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical communications preferred • Familiarity with MLR/PRB and compliant design considerations preferred • Experience designing HCP- and patient-facing digital experiences preferred • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system preferred
