📋 Description

• Lead design for AI-enabled product experiences across Cisco Networking platforms and products from discovery through launch and iteration • Turn ambiguous AI opportunities into product concepts, flows, prototypes, and shipped experiences • Design AI-first interactions that surface relevant information, adapt to context, guide decisions, automate routine work, and preserve customer control • Maintain understanding of AI technology and its evolution • Translate user goals into data models, telemetry requirements, model training needs, and design direction • Partner across Networking to make technical capabilities useful for customers and feasible for teams • Design adaptive experiences for different personas, behaviors, workflows, and customer needs • Define reusable UX patterns for AI explanations, user control, review, correction, feedback, and advanced workflows • Partner with teams using faster design methods, AI tools, and design thinking to improve collaboration, prototyping, and decision-making • Mentor designers and raise craft quality

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing shipped AI-powered, ML-enabled, or data-intensive product experiences with clear customer value, outcomes, and craft • 10+ years of product design experience leading complex enterprise, platform, or technical products from strategy through delivery • Production experience designing AI-enabled products or ML-powered workflows, including trust, control, personalization, review, feedback, adoption, and failure states • Strong UX/UI skills across interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, and data visualization for complex workflows and decision support • Technical fluency with AI, data, platform, and engineering partners • Experience aligning teams through research, prototyping, AI tools, lean UX, and measurable outcomes • Experience mentoring designers and raising craft quality • Experience using AI tools to explore, prototype, test, communicate, and improve collaboration • Online portfolio link required; applications without portfolios will not be considered
