📋 Description

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process • Support execution of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis • Align demand and supply activities and ensure short-term operational goals are met • Liaise with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams • Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders • Facilitate daily or weekly meetings addressing bottlenecks and urgent issues • Develop and track KPIs including service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates • Analyze plan-versus-actual variances and provide actionable insights • Prepare and share operational performance reports with management, including executive-level communication • Identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints • Resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules • Develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks • Support operational execution efficiency initiatives and enhance S&OP processes • Develop reporting requirements and future tools for data-driven decision-making • Streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning • Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • APICS/CPIM certification desirable
