📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute domestic and international shipments to support on-time delivery performance. • Serve as a primary point of contact for shipment tracking, updates, and issue resolution. • Monitor shipment activity and proactively communicate status, delays, and risks to stakeholders. • Maintain shipment logs, tracking tools, and system data (e.g., Export Booking Log) to ensure accuracy and visibility. • Collaborate with DCs to confirm shipments are picked, packed, and shipped according to schedule. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange bookings and transportation. • Assist in optimizing shipment routing and consolidation opportunities through data and carrier options. • Track and manage export and import shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. • Partner with buyers and suppliers to gather shipment information and support inbound logistics coordination. • Work with Trade Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and proper documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related analytical role. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred. • Exposure to international shipping processes and documentation preferred. • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.) desired. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up and accountability.
