📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Representatives and Leads • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and employee development • Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely patient admissions and operational efficiency • Partner with Sales and clinical teams to reduce time to start of care • Handle escalated patient concerns and complex intake issues • Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory requirements • Drive quality assurance initiatives and process improvements • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve the patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience • Healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services experience preferred • Experience leading remote teams is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
