📋 Description

• Champion IGS culture and vision through strategic department initiatives and team development • Develop and lead a team supporting diverse and competing priorities • Manage performance, coach, and develop employees in alignment with Solutions Center vision and company objectives • Build team relationships through coaching, motivation, development, customer education, and exceptional customer experience • Create an environment that grows the IGS residential business through product education, selling, and cross-selling • Document and improve team member performance through side-by-side coaching, call reviews/calibrations, evaluations, and goal setting • Address and resolve employee issues in consultation with management and Human Resources • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and align expectations with business needs • Lead and support the team through ongoing change • Lead talent acquisition, training, and onboarding • Identify and recruit team members who enhance team culture and bring value to IGS • Drive Solutions Center objectives by partnering with Workforce Management on performance results and staffing needs • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • One or more years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in a service/operations-related environment • Proven ability to train and develop teams with a high degree of responsiveness, reliability, and integrity • Ability to prioritize and coordinate several tasks simultaneously under pressure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment • Effective conflict resolution skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and possible Saturdays • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future sponsorship is not supported or available
