📋 Description

• Build and lead the enablement function educating thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect • Design enablement processes, standards, tooling, and team structure • Define enablement strategy for Assist and Detect across user types and customer segments • Design and launch Aveni Certification programmes with LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges • Build scalable onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training programmes • Deliver high-impact in-person and online training when needed or when team capacity is reached • Set operational processes, scheduling rhythm, and quality expectations • Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency using analytics • Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing enablement team • Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building an enablement, training, or customer education function and establishing its operational model • Strong hands-on experience delivering training both in person and online • Experience designing programmes or certifications in an LMS for thousands of end users • Experience enabling the end users of enterprise client organisations at scale • Proven track record running customer-facing onboarding and adoption journeys • Quick-thinking, emotionally intelligent, customer-obsessed, and process-driven • Experience with both high-touch and self-serve enablement models (nice to have) • Financial services, wealth management, or regulated industry experience (nice to have) • Background in automating customer training journeys (nice to have) • Scale-up or start-up experience (nice to have) • Based in the United Kingdom • Legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom
