📋 Description

• Own and execute multiple critical workstreams within ERP implementations, associated integrations, and service methodologies • Manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned workstreams • Ensure workstream alignment with the overall project plan • Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to define requirements, map processes, and configure systems • Lead and guide business analysts and other project team members • Identify and manage workstream risks and escalate broader project impacts to the Program Manager • Develop and implement solutions to keep project components on track • Coordinate with external partners on technical integrations and requirements when required • Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Client Success, team members, and stakeholders • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation • Participate in developing test plans and support testing and UAT execution • Ensure testing issues are addressed

🎯 Requirements

• Grit, thick skin, sense of urgency, willingness to do the right thing, solutions-oriented, team player, and willingness to work without a checklist • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience • Demonstrated experience in technology implementations and managing budgets preferred • Knowledge to assist in translating the implementation process to functional-specific stakeholders • Understanding of core, fundamental project and task management for large-scale initiatives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with both technical and business teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail • Must be remote in the United States and willing to travel as needed
