📋 Description

• On-board and off-board external Averro contractors • Conduct background checks on applicants and maintain strict confidentiality • Schedule health and drug screens for applicants • Ensure I9 verification is completed in compliance with USCIS standards for all new hires • Ensure accuracy and administrative tasks in the applicant tracking system • Ensure compliance is complete and accurate for all external hires • Execute quarterly compliance audits • Maintain accuracy in Averro’s HRIS system • Coordinate internal and external travel for employees • Assist Payroll to ensure contractor timesheets are completed in a timely manner • Manage internal and external birthday/anniversary recognition • Partner with shared services (payroll, HR, Tech Support and Marketing) to maintain processes and accurate data • Provide coverage for team members with scheduled vacation time as assigned • Assign and track Anti-Harassment & Cybersecurity trainings for external employees • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual audits of operational workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs • Complete special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree, business or communications focus is preferred • 0-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced work environment • Experience managing relationships in a service-based environment • Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity • Extreme attention to detail and strong administrative skills • Familiarity with web based ATS systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with MS Office; PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word • Team player who is competitive, with a positive attitude
