β€’ Own a quota for new ARR and expansion opportunities. β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close. β€’ Sell to plant managers, maintenance leaders, safety teams, procurement, executives, and owners. β€’ Run discovery calls, product demos, site visits, ROI discussions, proposals, and negotiations. β€’ Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound, inbound, trade fairs, referrals, and partner introductions. β€’ Translate customer pain into a clear business case for AVIAN. β€’ Work closely with marketing on lead follow-up, event conversion, and campaign feedback. β€’ Work closely with implementation and product teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff. β€’ Maintain strong CRM discipline across pipeline, next steps, forecasts, and deal notes. β€’ Bring market feedback back to the team, so we can improve our pitch, product, and process.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven B2B sales experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth commercial environment. β€’ Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Experience selling complex or technical products. β€’ Ability to sell to operational and executive stakeholders. β€’ Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills. β€’ Ability to build trust quickly with industrial customers. β€’ Comfortable with outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. β€’ Strong CRM discipline and experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. β€’ Clear communication, strong follow-up, and high ownership. β€’ Bias for action and willingness to learn quickly. β€’ Fluent English. β€’ Willingness to travel for customers, trade fairs, partners, and team meetings.
