📋 Description

• Support the operation of the Contact center by understanding and documenting business needs • Support routing design, testing, and analysis of new and existing capabilities • Manage third party applications integration to the contact center • Ensure effective and reliable performance of the contact center infrastructure • Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions • Develop user stories and functional requirement specifications • Coordinate product deployments and write release communications • Establish and promote strong client partnerships • Manage and launch Contact Center infrastructure upgrades and new features

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Must be detail-oriented • Independent thinker • Very strong organizational skills • Experience with Call Center or Contact Center Software • Collaborative team player • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a must
