📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end daily inbound and outbound logistics operations for AV equipment, including transportation, scheduling, RMA processes, and equipment tracking between warehouses and client sites • Collaborate with sales, operations, technical support, purchasing, finance, and project teams to understand shipment and client requirements • Prepare and manage delivery schedules, optimizing routing and consolidations for timely delivery to multiple locations • Book and tender shipments through approved carriers, agents, TMS platforms, and vendor websites; confirm shipment pieces, weight, and dimensions • Verify site contact details and communicate ETAs, exceptions, schedule changes, and final instructions • Serve as an escalation point for transportation vendors and customers and document operational issues and exceptions • Ensure proper BOL notation for overage, shortage, or damage exceptions and gather data for freight claims • Verify transportation quotes against vendor rate agreements and tariffs • Negotiate spot rates within predefined limits and monitor service-level agreement compliance • Audit transportation vendor invoices, including GL coding and prorating consolidated shipments • Ensure invoices are supported by hard-copy proof of delivery • Maintain BOLs, PODs, and digital freight photographs throughout shipment and delivery • Identify process improvements and recommend streamlined logistics procedures • Stay current on logistics and supply-chain industry trends, regulations, and best practices • Perform other duties assigned by Senior Logistics Coordinators and Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in transportation/logistics coordination of high tech/high value freight across multiple locations • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and best practices • Familiarity with DOT, FMCSA and TSA regulations and requirements • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools, including ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and TMS • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize supply chain and transport processes • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools • Advanced data entry and organizational skills • Intermediate PC skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Office Suite • Fluent in English • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, work independently or collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with AV equipment is a plus
