• Servicing assigned Strategic Partners by assisting them with challenges, pricing, merchandising, point of sales, promotions and other interactions with Avocado. • Building and maintaining a prospect funnel for growth of new partners. • Meeting revenue and new account acquisition goals. • Comprehensive use of Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. • Providing in person and virtual training as needed to retailers by educating them in using Avocado LMS, ordering portal, location of assets, price lists, and marketing tools. • Analysis of sales data and providing merchandising recommendations on new and existing products and accessories based on this analysis. • Processing Point of Purchase (POP) requests and guiding assigned accounts in what POP should be displayed. • Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Customer Experience Team and Management. • Manages price lists including adding new products, adjustments, and updates.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Sales environment. • Knowledge of Mattresses, adjustable bases, and bedding is a PLUS • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Positive, High energy, Self-Motivated. • Technological skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and virtual meetings. • The ability to use Excel is emphasized. • Self-driven and disciplined • Ability to communicate effectively. • Regular and predictable attendance.
