📋 Description

• Lead and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows. • Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and third-party compliance activities. • Develop compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes. • Support audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions. • Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms. • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, and transparency reporting requirements. • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred.
