• High School diploma, or equivalent. • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management. • In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies. • Collaboration skills, applied successfully within team. • Minimal critical thinking and a drive to improve the status quo. • Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements. • Ability to thrive with good organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, to meet a deadline driven environment. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact. • In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies.
