📋 Description

• Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements to facilitate company goals • Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy • Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts efficiently • Identifying and communicating areas of improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements with a company in the Tech industry (i.e. NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, IT agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, affiliate agreements, marketing agreements, etc.) • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers while maintaining contractual compliance with corporate legal terms and conditions • Strong attention to detail • Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System and comfortable learning/utilizing new contract-related applications • Track record of working cross-functionally to achieve company goals while showcasing prioritization skills
