📋 Description

• Review and approve advertising, marketing materials, product claims, and labeling • Assess claims to determine the applicable regulatory category and level of support required • Advise marketing teams on regulatory constraints while helping identify practical, business-oriented solutions • Evaluate and manage litigation and regulatory risk associated with product claims and advertising • Coordinate with outside counsel as needed • Take ownership of legal and risk-based decisions • Provide timely, practical guidance in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Experience advising on advertising, labeling, and product claims for regulated consumer products • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to OTC, oral care, cosmetic, homeopathic, or similar consumer products • Experience assessing claims support and identifying potential regulatory and litigation risks • Ability to balance legal risk with broader business objectives rather than taking an overly restrictive approach • Juris Doctor degree or equivalent • Licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check • Must provide proof of identity • Must possess necessary legal authorization to work
