📋 Description
• Support multifamily financing products and transactions. • Manage and coordinate with outside counsel. • Provide transactional support and strategic legal guidance. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support financing and product enhancement initiatives. • Identify legal and transactional risks and advise stakeholders accordingly.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of municipal finance, public finance, or related transactional finance experience. • Experience with bond credit enhancement transactions. • Experience in municipal finance and/or multifamily housing finance. • Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.
