📋 Description

• Represent clients in court trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations • Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs • Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial • Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters • Work collaboratively with legal teams, paralegals, and investigators • Stay up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents • Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff • Review and analyze complex employment law documents and contracts • Monitor compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements • Participate in client development and business generation activities • Maintain detailed case files and documentation • Develop and implement litigation budgets • Coordinate with expert witnesses and consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s) • 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in class actions or complex civil litigation • Trial experience, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy • Strong background in procedural rules governing class actions (e.g., Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-million dollar class action settlements • Track record of successful class certification motions • Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills • Strong negotiation and oral advocacy abilities • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines • Proficiency in litigation technology and document management tools • Advanced knowledge of e-discovery platforms and legal research databases • Superior project management and team leadership capabilities
