• Manage and oversee a team of attorneys and legal staff • Provide mentorship, training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities for attorneys • Oversee case strategy, litigation management, and legal work product to ensure quality and consistency • Manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception through final resolution • Handle all aspects of discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation • Collaborate with firm leadership on workflow management, staffing, and departmental growth initiatives • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing legal talent • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture • Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and best practices
