📋 Description

• Research, write and maintain clear, current, and practical legal content • Review and edit content written by others • Keep up to date with legal, practice, and market developments • Support the development of customer-focused Thomson Reuters' AI-powered legal solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and industry groups • Assist the wider Thomson Reuters team in various functions

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction • At least 8 years' experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house with a track record of leading complex M&A deals • Extensive experience in corporate law and M&A agreements • Strong writing skills • Collaborative mindset with effective independent and team working ability • Strong technical skills and experience utilizing AI technologies • Curiosity about the intersection of AI and legal practice • Experience using AI tools in legal work
