⢠Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients. ⢠Conduct initial client intake conversations and gather relevant information. ⢠Qualify potential clients based on established criteria. ⢠Maintain accurate records of all client interactions. ⢠Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner. ⢠Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments. ⢠Enter and update information within the firm's CRM systems. ⢠Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients. ⢠Assist with administrative and intake-related tasks as needed. ⢠Provide compassionate and empathetic support during client interactions. ⢠Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless intake process. ⢠Help improve intake workflows and client communication processes.
⢠Previous experience in legal intake, client intake, or client-facing administrative roles. ⢠Professional verbal and written communication skills. ⢠Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. ⢠Strong phone presence and customer service skills. ⢠Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients. ⢠High level of organization and attention to detail. ⢠Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously. ⢠Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. ⢠Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability. ⢠Experience supporting a law firm, legal practice, or legal services organization preferred. ⢠Familiarity with Family Law, Personal Injury, or related legal practice areas is a plus. ⢠Experience using CRM systems for lead management and follow-up. ⢠Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. ⢠Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive situations. ⢠Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
