📋 Description

• Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs from kickoff through delivery • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and handoffs across internal creative teams, external partners and client-facing teams • Identify dependencies, follow up on outstanding needs and escalate risks • Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success • Guide production requirements, timelines, deliverables and next steps • Maintain project-status visibility for client-facing teams and advertisers • Translate client needs and feedback into actionable direction for production partners • Partner with video, design and written leadership • Coordinate production resources, information, assets and approvals • Track milestones, approvals and dependencies • Coordinate QA and final delivery checks across video and custom web experiences • Resolve timeline, scope and execution risks with the Director of Production and stakeholders • Maintain project documentation, timelines and status updates • Develop Airtable expertise for troubleshooting, dashboard updates and system questions • Improve Airtable workflows, dashboards and reporting • Recommend improvements to templates, checklists, briefing materials and production processes • Share best practices and reinforce consistent processes and system usage

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in production, project management, creative operations, branded content, digital media or a related field • Clear, confident communication across creative and client-facing teams • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, proactively solve problems and know when to escalate • Familiarity with video production, design workflows and custom digital content experiences is a plus • Experience with Airtable or similar workflow and project-management systems is a plus • Ability to actively develop AI literacy and use AI tools to enhance productivity, creativity and efficiency • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios’s mission
