📋 Description

• Leads the strategic implementation and focused growth of educational and training courses • Develops curriculum, training programs, and educational resources requiring clinical knowledge and interpretation of complex medical information and clinical evidence • Executes large-scale national education programs and regional/local events within budget • Collaborates cross-functionally with market development partners, commercial team, medical affairs, and others • Creates, monitors, and reports metrics and KPIs for assigned educational activities • Facilitates educational grants and sponsorships with external applicants and internal compliance/medical affairs partners • Collaborates with and coaches field sales representatives on appropriate use of educational resources • Identifies, manages, and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders and brand advocates • Develops program faculty, including onboarding, speaker training, and presentation-material development • Serves as course instructor for assigned medical and professional training activities • Serves as technical advisor for Axogen technologies and products • Provides training and technical support to customers regarding therapeutic indications, clinical trends, and scientific publications • Drafts and maintains relevant standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Education, Engineering, Business, and/or a related field • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical device or health sciences industry • Computer literacy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel as necessary • Must reside near a major airport • Adherence to federal, state, AATB, company, and ethical requirements • 50–70% national and international travel
