📋 Description

• Inform and guide execution of the software development roadmap in support of Enterprise Technology Strategy • Create architectural approaches for architecture, design, and implementation to guide technology teams • Establish an enterprise architecture practice from the ground up • Define standards, frameworks, best practices, and architectural governance for the bank's long-term evolution • Support projects and strategic program architecture • Drive the strategic design and modernization of hybrid banking systems • Design seamless integrations, data architecture, and legacy migration • Address technical debt and enhance real-time data processing capabilities • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to guide architectural governance • Ensure scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with business objectives • Balance mobile and web experiences with core backend systems • Develop and communicate a unified technology vision from developer through executive level • Lead organization-level changes and manage people

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 10+ years' designing and implementing Technology Solutions & Architecture • Proven experience as Architect working on large-scale software projects • Excellent knowledge of web applications, message-oriented-middleware, cloud delivery of microservices, REST APIs, cybersecurity, software quality assurance principles, and more • Experience designing and developing software in C#, Java, PHP, ASP DOT Net, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, React, Angular, and Ionic • Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that use foundation models such as Claude, GPT-4/4.1, and Gemini as reasoning engines • Experience leveraging IDE-native agents such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude and integrating with enterprise systems via APIs, functions, and tools • Experience or knowledge of UML, C4, 4+1 Architecture models, and other modeling methods • Experience overseeing customized development of processes for multiple projects simultaneously • Professional experience analyzing code for weaknesses, errors, and security vulnerabilities • Experience overseeing plans to remediate and improve processes to prevent code weaknesses, errors, and vulnerabilities • Excellent knowledge of UML, Visio, Gliffy, Claude, Mermaid, and other architecture modeling tools and frameworks • Strong technical background, hands-on approach, and excellent people management skills • Demonstrable experience leading organization-level changes • Experience with design patterns, best practices, standards, and policies • Experience designing, governing, and operationalizing Agentic AI ecosystems • Expertise in APIs, microservices, and middleware • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, MDM, data management, data governance, and real-time data processing • Proficiency in cloud platforms and hybrid environments • Experience migrating or refactoring legacy systems • Proven collaboration skills across teams • Experience setting architectural standards and policies and ensuring governance and compliance • Experience with banking solutions including APIGEE, Salesforce, Jack Henry, and FIS • Knowledge of AI/ML in banking systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code • Awareness of security best practices and compliance • Experience optimizing workflows through technology • Ability to manage third-party vendors and solutions • Ability to assess and reduce technical debt • Successful credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify for facilities in the United States
