📋 Description

• Create, update, and close PBIs and Spikes on a daily basis • Convert ServiceNow tickets into actionable work items • Track and maintain developer hours and work allocation • Maintain accurate and complete work item documentation • Create and manage weekly change requests • Ensure all changes follow governance, approval, and audit standards • Produce and distribute weekly operational reports • Monitor and report on work item status and aging • Maintain Oracle dashboards, queries, and reporting accuracy • Support quarterly Oracle release cycles and communications • Update sprint boards and track progress when PM support is not assigned • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation • Manage team calendars, OOO scheduling, and coordination items • Assist with system refresh coordination and environment updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Strong experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred) • Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps), ServiceNow, and dashboard-driven environments • Proven ability to manage high-volume operational work queues • Experience with change management and audit-controlled environments • Understanding of accounting/finance system processes
