📋 Description

• Process and release daily equipment lease/loan fundings, ensuring approval thresholds are met and funding trackers are updated • Review lockbox and ACH cash receipts, determine correct fund application, and prepare files for the third-party servicer • Enter and track daily cash activity for company bank accounts in the general ledger system • Research and resolve payment, contract rate, and account variances, escalating booking errors or unusual items • Process returned payments, refunds, and payoffs • Maintain and process advanced payment ledger and suspense accounts • Support syndication activities, including fund transfers, payoff and clawback tracking, and late-fee remittance • Process monthly and quarterly vendor and dealer commission, billing, and revenue-sharing payments • Prepare recurring servicing reports and respond to audit confirmation requests • Maintain manual asset-level vendor billing outside the standard billing process • Update contract, funding, and lockbox tracking spreadsheets and servicing systems • Use AI-enabled tools and automation for cash application, variance research, and reporting, verifying outputs • Coordinate with the third-party loan servicer, accounting and treasury partners, vendors, dealers, and syndication partners • Report to the Servicing Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5–10 years of relevant financial services operations experience • Working knowledge of equipment lease/loan servicing operations, including cash application, funding, and operations tracking • Experience in commercial finance or leasing industry • Proficiency with general ledger and financial systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics • Advanced spreadsheet skills for tracking, processing, and reporting servicing activity • Familiarity with loan/lease servicing platforms, lockbox processing, and ACH/EFT payment handling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for researching and resolving payment, contract, and account variances • Ability to manage recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines accurately • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Basic understanding of accounting and general ledger concepts related to servicing transactions • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial, customer, and contract information • Comfort using AI-enabled tools and automation for data review, reporting, and variance research • Successful completion of credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening • Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements
